MFR is looking for a ATLAS Junior Analyst, who has a keen interest in analysis of financial performance of credit institutions and management of databases. Junior Analyst will be joining a dynamic and international team of inclusive finance specialists in the Bishkek office, Kyrgyz Republic. The position will include activities mostly regarding ATLAS Data Platform. The work will be conducted as part of the ATLAS team: under the guidance and supervision of the Platform coordinator, the Innovation Director and the Technical Director. The official language at MFR is English.
Милдеттери:
The main responsibilities are the following:
• Reclassification of Financial Statements of Financial Institutions operating in the Financial Inclusion sector globally, from publicly available sources, to the common ATLAS database.
• Search of Financial Statements of Financial Institutions operating in the Financial Inclusion sector available from public sources in specific countries.
• Processing of financial, operational and social data provided by organizations partnering with ATLAS, into common ATLAS database standards.
• Review of the quality control messages resulting from the data processed, correction and improvement of the data uploaded to ATLAS.
• Use of ATLAS online software, excel tools and other systems to manage the data from source to the dashboards available to investors subscribing to ATLAS.

Qualifications:
• University degree that involves courses in accounting and banking (complete or ongoing).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel; previous experience working with Excel-based databases.
• Attention to detail, focused on instructions.
• Good team working skills.
• Good time-management skills and multitasking.
• Willingness and capacity to work independently and proactivity.
• Functional English.

Иш шарттары:
The position requires full time availability for a duration of 12 months – renewable upon agreement of both sides.
