Обязанности:
• Establish strategic IT initiatives for each country in the region to meet the business objectives.
• Guide the regional IT teams in each regional country towards achieving the IT Strategy.
• Drive Digitalization and Business Process Re-engineering initiatives within the region.
• Implementation and enforcement of a suitable Enterprise Architecture within the region, including
ATM, AML, Wallets, Internet/Mobile Banking etc.
• Interact with regulators, partners and external auditors and ensure compliance of each organization.
• Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all IT related purchases at the regional level.
• Guide the regional IT teams in each regional country towards achieving the IT Strategy.

Требуемые компетенции, знания, навыки:
› Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the IT industry, preferably in the financial services sector.
› Should be able to fluently communicate (speak and write) in Russian and English languages.
› Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
› Professional Qualifications/Certifications in Information Security, Data Science, Cloud, IT Service
Management, Mobile Technology would be an added advantage.
› Knowledge in regional core banking applications, business domain (lending and liability) and regulatory
requirements.
› Excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal and team-building skills and able to manage relationships
across units.
› Should keep up to date with the latest technological advances and be a technology catalyst.
› Should be able to fluently communicate (speak and write) in Russian and English languages.
